Foreclosed Properties (REO)

When a home fails to sell at foreclosure, it becomes owned by the bank or other lender. Utah homes that become owned by a lender after foreclosure are called REO homes. REO simply means "real estate owned." Utah REO homes are then put on the market by the lender.

You can receive help in finding REO Utah homes by sending us the request form below. You will be contacted in the manner you choose by a licensed Utah real estate consultant who will provide you with a list of REO properties currently available. You may simply review the list or you may ask the consultant to help you make an offer on a home for sale.

As with all the services provided at this site, you will only receive courteous offers of information and help. You decide how much help you want.
